Listing my favorite artists that inspire me! Click on them to visit their shop/website and give them some much-deserved love. I've also included some mangaka as well, of course!
Ocean In Space
The GOATS of GOATS! Has a really maximalist, colorful, kawaii and nostalgic art style. Draws lots of adorable pieces and products including apparel, washi tape, coloring books, prints, planners, and more stationery goodies! Draws both fan art and original works. Also, the fan art is usually of media from my formative years, but there are newgen pieces as well! (Vtubers/Youtubers/Idols/New anime, for example)
Fancy Surprise!
This is a kawaii Japanese artist that makes a lot of original pastel works! Very, very adorable and I believe they draw Skeb commissions as well.
Heartpuff
Used to draw very cute illustrations/redraws that looked like they could have been from a 90s anime. They have one of the cutest art styles I've seen. Unfortunately, it seems that they have left the internet and you can no longer support them from their shop. You can look at some of their previous works, though.
Mine Yoshizaki
The mangaka of one of my dear favorite stories, Keroro Gunsou! Yoshizaki-san also designed the characters for a charming series called Kemono Friends, as well as an adorable OS-tan named Win-chan. I've linked a fan tumblr for Yoshizaki-san so you can see all of his works in one convenient place!

Very cute kawaii artist based in France! Draws lots of shoujo, magical girl, vocaloid, kpop, etc. I especially like their chibi works.
Noizi Ito
One of the GOATs! She has done a plethora of work for classic anime series. For example, she illustrated for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series, Shakugan no Shana, and more. I really like her brush techniques and the way she draws eyes.
Kagami Yoshimizu
A total inspiration for me! He is the mangaka of Lucky Star. I love how colorful and round his works look. He truly draws the sweetest, cutest characters.
